Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst

The Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for understanding, aggregating, and analyzing multiple data sets which affect marketing performance and other related operations. This learning-intensive role will provide analytical support to our marketing organization. This role  will drive measurement and analytics programs that deliver an impact for our marketing teams across brands, countries, and campaigns by defining problems, developing business growth, extracting data, and communicating results into recommendations that enable decision-making and drive business impact. This role will also be responsible for creating reports and dashboards from multiple sources and will collaborate with different teams to ensure the quality and relevance of the data collected.

This is a permanently remote role.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst you would:

  • Accurately document current business processes, data schema's, and data mappings for technical developers
  • Be a strategic partner of the marketing function enabling data-backed decision-making
  • Ensure the successful implementation and configuration of marketing platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing function to create and implement to analytics measurement plans
  • Turn data into information using critical thinking skills and statistical techniques
  • Provide both summaries and detailed reports
  • Gather requirements and design reports, reporting capabilities, and business rules
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets
  • Filter and “clean” data, and review performance indicators to locate and correct problems
  • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information need
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics and business intelligence
  • Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Sitecore
  • Experience in analysis of data from various digital platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pardot, Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Experience with Power BI or like reporting engine a plus
  • Strong knowledge of and experience working with databases
  • Ability to present analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, yet closely with team members and management
  • 2+ years of related analytics experience
  • BA or BS, or equivalent work experience and passion

**Google Analytics Admin experience and Measurement Planning is a must **
