Partner Marketing Manager

The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for the marketing programs and communications necessary to ensure the success of all Liquid Web partner types including Agency, Referral, Affiliate, Reseller and Strategic Alliances. This role requires someone with a proven record of executing successful marketing campaigns and communications. You must be comfortable building a strong rapport with executives and partners, as well as Channel Sales, corporate marketing and product teams.

As a Partner Marketing Manager you would:

  • Design and facilitate execution of innovative marketing programs designed to help our partners grow with us
  • Support channel account managers to drive partner and client leads
  • Design and deliver partner outreach, including a regular cadence of communications, partner meetings, and webcasts to build awareness of Liquid Web products and programs
  • Bring the partner voice to internal product, sales and marketing teams
  • Represent partner requirements to internal teams to help ensure we have the products, tools, and programs to best support their business
  • Ensure partner community is tightly aligned on Liquid Web go-to-market activities
  • Understand our products and stay current on industry trends  and competitors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define lead generation programs (including digital marketing, events, and promotions) necessary to grow our indirect business and meet lead target goals
  • In conjunction with channel sales, provide excellent customer service to partners ensuring their satisfaction and retention
  • Work with product and corporate marketing to ensure we have the right content to onboard, train, and support partners
  • Build and manage a Partner Portal that serves as an invaluable tool for partners and enables Liquid Web to efficiently communicate with and provide tools to partners
  • Manage the process for effectively tracking partner performance and compensation and report on key partner program metrics
  • Guide the development and execution of joint marketing plans with partners
  • Create a strong sense of community for partners in their relationship with Liquid Web
  • Reaches out to peers, stakeholders and management to establish collaborative working relationships

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing for a technology company
  • Mature, self-starter, personality that is comfortable working both independently and as part of a multi-functional team
  • Proven ability to create, deliver and manage marketing communications and multi-faceted lead-generation programs
  • Proven ability to think and work strategically, while also driving execution of key deliverables
  • Impeccable execution on plans and a significant bias towards measuring impact
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and ingenuitive, able to generate new and innovative approaches to problems and grow the business
  • Enthusiasm for your work and a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working in an environment with remote co-workers and management
