Enterprise Windows Support Technician

Enterprise Windows Support Techs are in charge of providing support to our high priority customers. The successful candidate for this role will have strong technical, customer service, and communication skills. They will work within a collaborative environment to ensure that our customers are having their needs met and receiving the best customer experience possible.

You Will:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to some of our most complex customers
  • Get to work with a variety of server issues from basic to complex
  • Collaborate customers to design solutions to meet their web hosting needs
  • Support and contribute to internally developed engineering products
  • Configure and troubleshoot the Microsoft Server OS
  • Plan and execute scheduled server maintenance

Ideal Applicants are:

  • Experienced with supporting customers in a Help Desk environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communicators
  • Proficient with Windows Server OS, IIS, and SQL
  • Collaborative
  • Problem solvers
  • Highly adaptable with an ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Detail oriented

Technical Skill Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server OS
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft SQL Server and/or MySQL knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft IIS
  • Strong DNS (Bind and Microsoft DNS) knowledge

  • Parallels/Odin Certified Expert
