Director of Web Inbound Sales

As the Director of Web Inbound Sales you will work directly with all levels of the company to refine a repeatable sales strategy and build a dedicated sales team around your leadership by example.

As a Director of Web Inbound Sales you would:

  • Foster a culture of sales excellence across all aspects of the sales and account management cycle, from lead generation through negotiation and delivery
  • Collaborate with other departments in order to develop sales strategy for enhancing the company’s growth
  • Lead, manage, and inspire a team of Inside Account Executives responsible for qualifying inbound leads, converting new customers, and retaining existing customers
  • Build and hire a team, which includes identifying the key competencies and experience required for each role and how to screen for those competencies in the interview process
  • Effectively create and articulate ROI in various negotiations
  • Lead variety of training sessions on a monthly basis, this could range from small group to large group presentations and development sessions
  • Ensure that the company meets its stipulated growth goals
  • Lead pitch development process
  • Develop well targeted strategies and sales plans
  • Ensure effective prospecting, up/cross selling, and pipeline development
  • Develop strategies for the allocation of resources for the achievement of given quotas
  • Ensure the consistent implementation of effective sales processes for optimum performance and success of the organization
  • Assist the marketing personnel in creating merchandising programs and campaigns
  • Track, monitor, and respond to all company’s performances related to sales
  • Develop effective benchmarks to optimize performance

You Have:

  • Creativity and ability to be a problem solver; with willingness and ability to figure out things on the fly
  • Experience running a highly transactional sales organization
  • Strong understanding of online metrics/analytics and the ability to communicate ROI
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to thrive in a team environment and a history in developing trusted relationships
  • Great negotiating skills with the ability to influence people at all levels
  • A strong understanding of business practices and industry trends
  • Knowledge and ability to appropriately manage a given budget
  • Experience successfully leading and growing inside sales teams
  • Proven ability to negotiate successfully and close complex contracts
