Enterprise Windows System Technician

Enterprise Windows Support Techs are in charge of providing support to our high priority customers. The successful candidate for this role will have strong technical, customer service, and communication skills. They will work within a collaborative environment to ensure that our customers are having their needs met and receiving the best customer experience possible.

Job Duties:

  •     Provide professional and friendly verbal and written support consistently
  •     Troubleshoot and solve a wide range of customer support issues from basic to complex
  •     Develop custom solutions for expanding customer builds
  •     Troubleshoot and support internally developed engineering products
  •     System monitoring and response
  •     Operating system and application installation/configuration
  •     Performing scheduled maintenance tasks

Ideal Applicants are:

  • Experienced with supporting customers in a Help Desk environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communicators
  • Very proficient with Windows, IIS, and SQL
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Collaborative
  • Problem solvers
  • Highly adaptable with an ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Detail oriented

Technical Skill Requirements:

  •     Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
  •     Microsoft Active Directory
  •     Microsoft SQL Server
  •     Microsoft Exchange
  •     Microsoft IIS
  •     MySQL
  •     DNS (Bind and Microsoft DNS) 

Desired Qualifications:

  •     MCSA or MCSE
  •     Parallels/Odin Certified Expert
