Account Services Specialist

The Account Services Specialist is responsible for timely and accurately verifying and validating orders that have been assisted by Solutions. Moreover, facilitating a heroic customer onboarding experience will be a critical focus. Additionally the Account Services Specialist is in charge of providing customers with Heroic billing support to ensure that their bills are current and any questions or concerns they have are appropriately addressed.

As an Account Services Specialist you would:

  • Communicate clearly with customers via both verbal and written mediums to provide Heroic Support™
  • Engineer and facilitate a heroic onboarding experience for our customers after they have placed an order
  • Collect customer feedback on the order verification and onboarding processes
  • Verify all orders throughout your shift and in the queue as applicable to protect customers and the company from fraud
  • Leverage knowledge of product portfolio to identify opportunities for additional solutions when interfacing with customers during the order verification process
  • Conduct research and investigation efforts needed to validate all opportunities within Salesforce.com, Billing, and related systems
  • Safeguard the integrity of all data collected throughout the order verification and opportunity validation processes
  • Work closely with customers by creating payment arrangements, documenting them and following up with them on specific due dates
  • Process payments and manual billing adjustments
  • Follow up on fallout of opportunities at 30 and 60 days

  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Basic understanding of collections
  • Exceptional customer service & interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Moderate computing skills
  • The ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Google Apps and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Successful completion of probationary period
