Sr. Systems Analyst

The Sr. Systems Analyst will drive collaboration between the development and business teams. This role will act as a consultant to business teams seeking ways to optimize existing workflows through development of new and existing tooling and simplified business processes.

As a Sr. Systems Analyst you would:

  • Drive understanding and clarity around existing processes through models and documentation
  • Educate business users responsible for managing those processes
  • Guide teams towards using best practices and out-of-the-box functionality of tools already in place
  • Collaborate with business users (from Individual Contributors to Executives) to understand business needs and challenges
  • Identify data sources among disparate systems that can be aggregated into the data warehouse and used to drive reports
  • Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on process performance
  • Assist Data Analysts in understanding the meaning of data in the data warehouse
  • Provide basic reporting on data to key stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into requirements for implementation
  • Provide basic acceptance testing on new projects
  • Manage process changes with users and stakeholders
  • Lead process redesign workshops

You Have:

  • Familiarity with Sales and Marketing processes and tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic ability to architect systems
  • Basic understanding of Linux
  • Basic understanding of SQL
  • Technical real-world experience in software development practices
  • Ability to effectively communicate in all forms
  • Ability to facilitate and influence
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects that required working with and influencing multiple teams while taking initiative and applying creativity
  • Superb ability to multi-task, manage time, prioritize, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think analytically with the proven ability to problem solve
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Related discipline or equivalent experience
